• Scope of Practice:
  • Focused on General Psychiatry.
  • Outpatient setting only 
    • Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired 
  • Outpatient Details:
    • Flexible schedule tailored to your needs.
    • Options for part-time and full-time roles.
      
      • 4-day WW can be arranged!
    • Manageable patient load: 20-25 per day.
    • TelePsychiatry available.
  • Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only).
  • Opportunities to engage in resident education.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus.
• Estimated base salary: Approximately $350,000+ (DOE), potential up to $400K.
• Signing bonus: $35,000.
• Benefits package includes:
  • PTO, 5 days CME + $4,000.
  • Malpractice insurance.
  • $10,000 for relocation.
